A little about me

Born and raised in Warsaw, Poland, I had a tumultuous upbringing. After being diagnosed with Complex PTSD and an auto-immunological disease, I found healing in art, shamanism, yoga practice, and meditation.

I traveled extensively in search of cultural diversity and my true self. On the road, I reconnected with my intrinsic nature and gained inspiration to share my experiences with others.

In film, I particularly enjoy watching Science Fiction, spiritual stories, and psychological thrillers.

My favorite films are “Cloud Atlas” by The Wachowskis and “Another Earth” by Brit Marling and Mike Cahill.

My favorite book is “Meditations” by Marcus Aurelius.
